- Generate grant/funding for P@SHA secretariat.
- Opening up P@SHA chapters in all major cities and world wide to connect with overseas Pakistanis tech sector people for more opportunities for P@SHA members.
- Branding of Pakistan in all possible international Tech events.
- Member companies delegation to visit Embassies and consulates of Export Target countries.
- Capitalize existing training centers for Hi demand skills education and Certifications.
- Hiring of PR Agency in P@SHA for making noise about success stories of Pakistani Tech companies worldwide.
- Making IT companies delegations and participation for different countries, like I did in the past.
- P@SHA B2B portal development of Pakistani Software companies to generate direct leads to our members.
- Work closely with the government and all stakeholders including IT Ministry, TDAP, PSEB, STZ, NITB, PITB, FPCCI, Chambers as well as other industry associations.
- More Industry meet-ups within tech sector and also match making B2B meetings with local business community.
- Work closely with Startups, 0-Commerce, Fintech and other industry associations.
- Formation of Committees with 70% and more Non CEC members.
